Are most Lehigh Acres lots on city water or well/septic?
It varies block by block. Many lots in established sections have central water and sewer. Others use well and septic. We check your specific parcel before quoting, since septic and well installation can add $20,000 to $30,000 to total cost.
How long does it take to build a home in Lehigh Acres?
Most homes complete within the timeframe we quote at contract. Permit timing in Lee County has been consistent, usually 3-5 weeks, and once permits are pulled the construction process is a few months for most plans.
Can you build on a lot off the main roads?

The area was platted as one of the largest residential developments in the country, which is why so much of it is laid out on a grid of single-family lots. Most of them are quarter-acre or larger.
