Is North Port in a hurricane evacuation zone?
Parts of North Port are in evacuation zones. Others aren't. We can check your specific address against the Sarasota County evacuation map and discuss what that means for your home design and insurance. -
Do you build to Sarasota County or City of North Port code?
Both apply. North Port has its own building department and we pull permits through the city for all builds within city limits. -
Can my kids go to Sarasota County schools?
Yes. North Port is part of the Sarasota County school district. Specific school assignments depend on your address. We recommend confirming with the district before purchasing a lot if school zoning matters to you.
