Is Port Charlotte still rebuilding from Hurricane Ian?
Many homeowners are rebuilding, yes. Our standard impact glass windows, current-code construction, and block walls are exactly what most rebuild clients are looking for. Insurance discounts for impact construction are a meaningful factor in Charlotte County right now.
Can you work with my insurance company on a rebuild?
We've coordinated with insurance carriers on many Port Charlotte rebuilds. We provide the documentation and timing they need. We're not insurance adjusters, but we work alongside them to keep your rebuild moving.
How long does permitting take in Charlotte County right now?
Currently 4-6 weeks for new construction. We track current timing and quote accurate schedules.
Can you build on a Port Charlotte canal lot?
Yes. Same considerations apply as Cape Coral: seawall condition, setbacks, and any dock work are factored separately.
